VetPath Consulting was created by Dr. Kim Sechler. She is a veterinarian with over 30 years of experience in general practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, relief services and practice ownership. For 14 years, she owned and operated an AAHA-accredited hospital where she trained, mentored, and supported veterinarians at every stage of their careers.

Today, she partners with veterinary teams nationwide to strengthen onboarding, improve retention, and provide mentorship that keeps doctors confident and engaged. We committed to build their clinical skills as strong as their passion for veterinary medicine!
