VetPath Consulting was created by me, Dr. Kim Sechler. I am a veterinarian with over 30 years of experience in general practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, relief services and practice ownership. For 14 years, I owned and operated an AAHA-accredited hospital where I trained, mentored, and supported veterinarians at every stage of their careers.

Today, I partner with veterinary teams nationwide to strengthen onboarding, improve retention, and provide mentorship that keeps doctors confident and engaged. I am committed to build their clinical skills as strong as their passion for veterinary medicine!
